I am the CEO of Westcott Multimedia, an automated advertising platform built for independent record labels. Our mission is to use data to create a connection, by getting the right music, to the right people, at the right time. I write about the business of music technology, media, and entertainment. My perspective and approach to writing is a culmination of my experience. Previously I managed Global Playlist Strategies at Universal Music Group in Nashville and worked as an Entertainment Analyst at Magna Investments in New York City. I received my Masters in Music & Business from New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture and studied at the Stern School of Business. My work has also appeared in Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter and Medium.
