I cover the changing face of retail in times of continuous disruption, driven by evolving consumer behaviors, shopper expectations and tech innovation. As a consultant based between Paris and Geneva, I work with consumer brands and consultancies to identify new growth opportunities by analyzing shopper, category and channel dynamics as well as new go-to-market routes. With a strong consumer-first mindset cultivated while working for clients such as P&G, L’Oréal and General Mills, I am most passionate about translating consumer insights into opportunity and developing seamless customer experiences.
