I write about marketing change agents and how they can challenge the status quo. As CEO of nFusion, a modern marketing agency based in Austin Texas, and author of "The CMO Manifesto: A 100-Day Action Plan for Marketing Change Agents," I have the privilege of partnering with marketing leaders at some of the world's most respected brands. Having been a marketing executive at Dell and IBM in the first half of my career, I am especially interested in how CMOs plan and manage initiatives to transform their organizations and to modernize how they engage with their customers in the digital age.
