Dr. Kerry L. Shipman is an entrepreneur, business executive, author, educator, and former North Carolina Magistrate. He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Ship Group Holdings, a diversified portfolio of companies spanning behavioral health, health care, business services, technology, capital, education, and community-focused initiatives. His work centers on building accountable organizations, strengthening operations, creating scalable systems, and expanding access and opportunity. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice and a Juris Doctor, bringing legal, public-sector, academic, and executive perspectives to business leadership.
