Aman Raj is the co-founder and CEO of Decawork. Every company will run an AI workforce, and it will own the models that keep every agent acting in its interests. Decawork is building those models: company-specific, approving each AI action in real time. The company is part of Y Combinator's S26 batch. Before Decawork, Aman built a compliance platform at Barclays used by internal teams globally. At alle, an AI consumer app, he led product and built semantic and reverse image AI search with 100K+ monthly users, awarded Google Play's Best Apps award of 2024. He studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at IIT Kharagpur.
