Sena is a strategic and operational leader of high profile, publicly traded Fortune 200 consumer products and financial services companies, including Starbucks, Frontdoor, State Street and GE. The value he has contributed to these companies includes bringing technology-driven risk management capability at GE, delivering against enterprise strategic priorities at Starbucks, making critical finance decisions leading up to a $10B IPO and driving high-ROI global shared services capabilities. In senior finance and operational roles, he has extracted productivity out of P&Ls at the front, middle and back of the organization, interacted with the company board of directors and state and federal regulators and led teams across diverse functional areas. Of significant further value, he has extensive global market experience leading direct reports/teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia; and investing in effective leadership development programs. He currently serves as the President, In-Home Services at Cinch Home Services, a PE backed home services company. He leads the strategy and execution of the organization's operations, inside sales, retention and ML/AI activities. Sena forms multifunctional internal partnerships to extract productivity out of a P&L at the front, middle and back of the organization. He likes to make sense of “the muck” and to solve for simple and effective solutions. Facing these challenges and opportunities has meant he has had multiple experiences with the corporate boards of public companies as well as State and Federal regulators. Sena has an authentic, principled leadership style and is an effective team builder. He helps teams make meaningful connections to their work, and is passionately committed to working relationships built on trust, authenticity, integrity and collaboration to nurture organizations for high performance and success. His community centered actives include serving as the Board Chair of VillageReach, a non-profit global health innovator developing new solutions to critical healthcare challenges in low- and middle-income countries, mostly on the African continent. He recently served as a board member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the preeminent membership organization committed to increasing the number of global black executives in C-Suites, on corporate boards and in global enterprises.
