Snehal Nimje is co-founder and CEO of Outdoo AI, an enterprise AI roleplay and training. He's an IIT Bombay graduate (2010) who started his first company while still in school and sold it in 2012, then spent years helping a consumer tech startup grow past 3 million users. At Outdoo, Snehal works on a problem he kept running into across customer-facing teams: people practice in one system and get measured in another, so nobody can prove coaching changes what actually happens with customers. His focus is roleplay and training built from a company's own calls, playbooks, and scorecards, whether that's a rep handling objections, a support agent working a ticket, or a manager coaching their team, all scored the same way as live conversations.
