Alongside her HR Company, she is the co-managing partner of KKB Attorneys at Law, one of Tanzania's leading full-service law firms, where she advises multinational corporations, investors, financial institutions and government entities. Her practice focuses on strategic negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, delivering practical legal solutions that enable businesses to scale with confidence across East Africa. Bwana is also a shareholder of Khorva Limited, a petroleum venture focused on strengthening regional energy supply solutions. Deeply committed to driving social impact and fostering the next generation of leaders, Bwana serves as the Vice President of Young Women Entrepreneurs, advocating for the economic empowerment and leadership of young women. She also serves on the board of STEPS Tanzania, supporting critical health outcomes through education and community development. Additionally, she and her colleagues at Reveurse Tanzania support a girls’ rugby team in Dar es Salaam.
