I am a nonprofit executive and systems strategist dedicated to advancing equitable, community-driven solutions to violence prevention and community safety. As Executive Director of End Community Violence Now (ECVN), I lead efforts to align government, healthcare, philanthropy, academia, and community-based organizations around evidence-informed strategies that reduce gun violence and strengthen communities. My expertise spans executive leadership, public policy, organizational strategy, coalition building, philanthropy, and cross-sector systems transformation. I have built and led partnerships that mobilize public and private investment, strengthen community violence intervention (CVI) ecosystems, expand organizational capacity, and translate research into scalable policy and practice.
