I currently head up the Organisational Effectiveness service line, as well as the Advisory Operations, at Turner & Townsend across the Middle East. My work focuses on all aspects of Organisational Effectiveness including, Organisational Structure and Design, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Workforce Management, Performance and Process Optimisation, Culture & Engagement, and Learning & Development. Starting my career as a professional basketball coach at the Manchester Magic Academy, ran by John Amaechi, I then transitioned into the HR field where I have accumulated over 11 years of experience in both startups and corporate enterprises across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, I hold a BSc in Accounting & Economics, an MSc in Human Resource Management & Development, as well as CIPD Level 7. Prior to my current role, I co-founded and led an Organisational Effectiveness Management Consultancy firm, as CEO, in London for 4 years where I grew it to a +20 person organisation. During this time we worked with a diverse range of clients including, NatWest, Monzo, WayFlyer, Depop, and the British Medical Journal.
