For over a decade, I've been obsessed with one question: why should digital advertising belong only to companies with big budgets? As the current CEO of iPromote, I'm leading the team working to answer that question. We're building the infrastructure that lets small businesses compete in digital advertising on the same terms as enterprise brands. I believe the tools to grow shouldn't be gated by the size of your marketing department. Before iPromote, I ran two distinct businesses as General Manager at Gannett, delivering double-digit growth at the top and bottom line in each. That experience, managing real P&L, navigating large organizational complexity while staying close to the customer, shapes how I lead now. I'm equally comfortable in a board room analyzing a merger, being hands on operating a business or helping a small business owner grow their business. My career has moved across investment banking, consulting, and operating roles by design. Each lens made me a more complete decision-maker. The through line has always been the same. Find the growth, build the team, protect the culture. What I care most about isn't the business model. It's what the business does. More specifically, whether it puts something genuinely useful in the hands of people who need it. For me, that's a small business owner who now has a fighting chance in digital.
