For more than two decades, I have worked across corporate finance, operations, advanced manufacturing and engineering. That experience has shaped how I see organizations: as interconnected systems where strategy, finance, operations, people and resources must work coherently to create sustainable economic value. As Interim CFO of FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology, I lead enterprise finance, capital strategy, FP&A, treasury, tax planning and executive decision support. My work has included leading a multi-million-dollar institutional financing to support strategic growth and business expansion, while integrating financial planning with operational priorities and strategic growth drivers. Earlier at FUTEK, I built a transaction-level product and customer portfolio optimization architecture and an end-to-end planning ecosystem connecting sales projections and demand forecasting with inventory, production, capacity and financial outcomes. I also developed ERP-connected operational intelligence and a Lead Time Engine that improved lead times by approximately 35%–60% across categories while reducing lead-time communication from one to two business days to under 30 minutes. Earlier in my career, I worked across large-scale energy operations, engineering and organizational development, including helping build and scale a technical organization and leading complex operational initiatives. Those experiences shaped my belief that organizational performance depends not simply on better strategy or better data, but on creating clarity and coherence across the enterprise. My experiences ultimately led me to write From Theory to Execution: Management Practice for Executives and Leaders and to develop Formidable Agility, an evolving management framework for building organizations that combine structural clarity with adaptive responsiveness. I hold an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
