Dan Mallin is a Strategic Growth Partner at Traction Capital, working with portfolio companies on growth strategy and opportunity evaluation. He is founder and CEO of Magnetive. Through Magnetive, he leads Whatif? (AI consulting and data products), EOS Implementor (using EOS for 17 years, implementing for 5), and Regional Cohort Leader responsibilities for Birthing of Giants across the Upper Midwest. He serves as EVP of EOS at Capacity, the technology company that acquired Lucy.ai. His career includes founder and CEO of Lucy.ai, founder and CEO of Magnet 360, COO of JWT, founder and President of Imaginet, and leadership positions at 3M, Microsoft, Apple, and WPP Group. He founded Minnesota Cup (MNCup.org), the largest statewide business competition in the United States. His client relationships span Fortune 500 companies including American Express, P&G, Kraft, USMC, Ford, Cargill, Best Buy, Target, Medtronic, General Mills, Pepsi, and others.
