I am Executive Chairman and CEO of Neoform Developments, a Canadian real estate development company advancing residential and mixed-use projects through disciplined capital structuring, modern methods of construction, and a commitment to building communities that are practical, inclusive, and future-ready. I am also an Associate Professor at York University, where my teaching and research focus on governance, accountability, auditing, public-sector finance, and institutional performance. My work sits at the intersection of business, public policy, capital markets, and social impact, with a particular interest in how strong institutions, sound governance, and thoughtful leadership shape economic development. Prior to my academic and entrepreneurial work, I served as a Deputy Minister with the Government of Alberta and have held senior leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I am a corporate director, governance scholar, and founder of the John Ware Institute, an organization focused on inclusive leadership, board readiness, and expanding access to decision-making spaces.
