Jolie Kahn is Chief Executive Officer of FingerMotion, Inc., a mobile data and telecommunications services company that in 2026 entered the enterprise AI compute market. She was appointed in August 2026. Ms. Kahn brings an extensive background in corporate finance, corporate and securities law, and public company management. She served as General Counsel of Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. from 2019 to 2023, and has acted as outside counsel to a range of other cryptocurrency-based public entities. She has participated in major industry conferences as both a speaker and a panelist in support of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem. She has been the proprietor of Jolie Kahn, Esq. since 2002. She was Chief Executive Officer of AVAX One Technology, Ltd. from June 2024 to July 2026, and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of GlucoTrack, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Ms. Kahn has held various corporate finance roles, including extensive involvement in preparing periodic filings and financial statements and playing an integral part in public company audits. She has worked with companies and hedge funds on complex transactions involving the structuring and negotiation of large-scale debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her legal practice spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and general corporate, banking, and real estate matters, representing both public and private companies, hedge funds, and other institutional investors. Ms. Kahn holds a BA from Cornell University and a J.D. magna cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
