Elvis Ndansi is Co-Founder and CEO of Reymans Mining Corporation, a US-based company leading the exploration and responsible development of rare earth and critical minerals across Africa. With activities in Zambia, Namibia, Guinea Conakry, Zimbabwe and Cameroon, the company is positioning African mineral assets at the center of global supply chains for the energy transition and national security. Elvis serves as Chief of Global Population Health at Carna Health, where he drives global partnerships for an AI-powered digital health platform focused on chronic kidney disease detection and management. He is also the founder and president of Unite for Health Foundation, a New York-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to improving access to maternal and child health in rural parts of Africa. A 2026 Semafor World Economy Principal, 2018 Obama Foundation Scholar (Columbia University), 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow, and American Express Leadership Academy Fellow, Elvis is a Subject Matter Expert consultant with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on clinical trials in Africa. He holds an MSN, an MPH, an Executive MBA from Howard University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He sits on the advisory boards multiple companies including Attune Media Labs, a Public Benefit Corporation building the world's first Compassionate AI for mental health, and InstanRad Inc, a cloud-based teleradiology platform serving healthcare centers with diagnostic imaging infrastructure.
