He has over 15 years of experience working for major financial and Accounting firms such as Citi Bank, PwC, KPMG, and Grant Thornton in areas such as treasury, risk management, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international expansion. Currently, Amit works as Principal at the boutique consulting firm Dhruva Advisors USA, Inc (dba USACFO) that assist companies build sustainable high growth businesses leveraging in-organic acquisitions and strategic investment partnerships. Whilst, supporting VC backed tech startups as their fractional CFO for their US and cross border operations giving them an end to end solution for their finance function. Amit is also an Angel investor and venture partner at Z Nation Lab. He has invested in diversified asset class across 40 plus startups, multiple high growth listed businesses & rental yielding levered commercial real estate. Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant. He has completed executive courses in Private Equity/Venture Capital at Harvard University and Entrepreneurship course at Stanford University.
