Chandran is the Founder and Managing Partner of Matrix360, a talent leader and expert in talent management and workplace culture strategy, with two decades spent building business success through people in the Canadian real estate and development industry. He is also a career coach for professionals navigating their next move, drawing on his own experience building and leading advisory practices. A committed community investor, Chandran is deeply involved in board work and advocacy. In 2018, he helped form the MāKin Foundation, a charity focused on diversity and equity in the Canadian real estate industry. He sits on the boards of several non-profit and start-up organizations advancing diverse and underrepresented communities, and advises many others working to transform communities, workplaces, and society. A recognized DEI champion and advocate, he served as an Advisory Partner for the UN GCNC Gender Equality Leadership initiative, helping to build a gender-based benchmark and measurement tool for Canadian corporate entities. In 2016, Chandran was honoured as one of RBC's Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award Recipients, one of countless community and business awards he has received for his commitment to business and community growth.
