Christine S. Guzman is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of CASEman Global Enterprises LLC with over 25 years of audit, accounting, tax, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational and human resource management expertise. In 2018, she was invited and inducted into the Forbes Finance Council and is recipient of an OnCon Icon Award of Top 50 Accounting & Finance Professionals. She devoted the first half of her career to public accounting with top domestic and regional CPA firms where she developed expertise in audit, accounting, tax services for publicly- and privately-held businesses. During this time her adept skills were further highlighted in forensic accounting engagements that contributed to fraud investigations and litigation support for trials, mediations, arbitrations and depositions. Chris then dedicated the second half of her career as Chief Financial Officer leveraging organizational objectives with risk appetite by leading businesses through complex debt and capital restructuring, cost reduction strategies and efficiency improvements that promote sustainable business growth. She's also played an integral and key role in overseeing mergers and acquisitions by structuring deals strategically, negotiating optimal terms, securing necessary financing, and ensuring smooth post-acquisition integration. This career ultimately led to founding CASEman Global Enterprises LLC in 2022. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), where she was awarded a fellowship to conduct Myers-Briggs studies of accounting students for the university. During her graduate forensic accounting studies, she was selected and completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Virtual Experience program. In 2025, Chris began launching the Chris Senise Podcast dedicated empowering individuals to transform their personal and professional lives by exploring diverse, holistic tools and resources that help unlock potential and break free from detrimental routines and behaviors. A lifelong music lover and songwriter, Chris has been recognized by the Nashville Songwriters Association International twice for her published works. She also enjoys water sports, especially in her native South Florida.
