Susan Jacobson is CEO of Praxtera AI Institute, which delivers live, interactive two hour AI fluency training sessions on Zoom, co-led by Wharton trained AI specialists and senior communications strategists. Praxtera won the 2026 Platinum Pinnacle Award for AI Training. She is also CEO of Jacobson Strategic Communications and former chair of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia.
