Naureen Hassan is the Chief Executive Officer of DriveWealth, where she leads the firm’s vision, strategy, and overall operations, leveraging decades of experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence. Before joining DriveWealth, she served as President of UBS Americas, overseeing a $14 billion division with more than 20,000+ employees and leading the US integration of Credit Suisse. Before UBS, Ms. Hassan was previously First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, overseeing operations, technology, finance, and risk management. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Digital Officer for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and was Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab, where she led Investor Services segments and served as COO of Schwab Bank. She began her career at McKinsey & Company. Ms. Hassan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
