Lisa Schade is the CEO of Trinity School at Edgemere in Oklahoma City, an award-winning, premier K–12 school in Oklahoma City dedicated to students with learning differences. As a 2025 Yass Prize Semifinalist, Trinity School is nationally recognized for reimagining how education can better serve neurodiverse learners through innovation, access and impact. Schade brings decades of cross-sector leadership experience, having led teams across public and private companies and university research environments to build, scale and transform markets. She applies that entrepreneurial, strategic lens to education, scaling sustainable models that drive measurable results. Under her leadership, Trinity School has doubled its enrollment and expanded its impact as a training ground for educators and a model for schools nationwide, advancing strong literacy and workforce pathways for postsecondary success.
