Erica Bank is Deloitte’s Global Talent Leader. In this role she collaborates with member firm and business leadership to shape the Deloitte Talent agenda globally to deliver a distinctive talent experience to Deloitte’s partners and professionals across globe. She chairs the organization’s Global Talent Executive and serves as Global Dean for the Deloitte University global network. Prior to holding this position, Erica led several teams in the Deloitte US Talent organization to shape US workforce strategy. She began her career serving clients as a human capital advisory consultant helping organizations design and deliver their own workforce and talent management strategies.
