Jacqueline (Jackie) Smetana is an executive vice president and Chief People, Culture, and Operations officer for CSC. Since joining CSC in 1995, she’s helped establish the company’s People and Culture function. She leads the company’s overall People and Culture strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, culture development, colleague education, compensation and benefits, People and Culture operations and technology, colleague relations, and global facilities operations. She also led one of CSC’s largest acquisition culture integrations and has successfully implemented several transformational programs. Jackie also leads Service and Operations for CSC’s largest business unit, Corporate and Legal Solutions. Before joining CSC, Jackie served as an HR director at Providian Insurance in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and as an assistant vice president at First Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Drexel University where she received a Bachelor of Science in design and merchandising. She also holds an executive certificate in strategy and innovation from MIT’s Sloane School of Management. Jackie is an avid animal activist, has been married for more than 30 years, and has one daughter and a grandchild.
