Julia Brandon, PhD, is an Organization Development Director at Lenovo. She is honored to lead high-performing teams that advance skills-based talent management, provide leaders with actionable employee engagement insights, and design innovative development experiences to further strengthen the leadership pipeline. She is an Industrial-Organizational psychologist, International Coach Federation certified coach, and past Chair for the North Carolina Industrial-Organizational Association. Julia has been a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council for the last five years. Julia is a published author and frequent presenter on talent management, career development, leadership, and well-being. Previously, she worked at Amazon as a Chief Talent Officer and GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Director to further build and sustain a healthy, high-performance workforce. Before moving into the corporate sector, she worked at Elon University as an assistant professor, and the Center for Creative Leadership as an adjunct faculty member. She has been recognized twice by the Triangle Business Journal for Leadership in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
