Jayden Wei is the founder and CEO of OGBC Group, a global investment and innovation platform focused on frontier technologies, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing and next-generation financial systems. With a cross-border background spanning Asia Pacific and North America, Wei specializes in connecting institutional capital with emerging technology ecosystems. Wei is known for his infrastructure-first approach to building and scaling frontier technology businesses, working closely with founders and leadership teams to identify critical bottlenecks in areas such as capital access, regulatory structuring and market positioning. By aligning long-term technological development with capital markets strategy, he helps companies transition from early-stage innovation to institutionally viable platforms. He was the first-check investor in C1 Fund Inc., which later became the first publicly traded closed-end fund focused exclusively on private digital asset companies on the New York Stock Exchange. Wei also focuses on designing compliant financial structures that enable frontier technologies to integrate into mainstream capital markets, bridging the gap between private innovation and public market access while contributing to how emerging technologies are financed and scaled globally. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Monash University and was admitted to The Wharton School.
