Tiffany A. Archer is the Founder and President of Eunomia Risk Advisory, a global consultancy specializing in governance, risk, and compliance at the intersection of behavioral science and strategic advisory. With a background as an attorney, Chief Compliance Officer, and former member of high-stakes DOJ monitorship teams, she has led transformation efforts for organizations under scrutiny—turning compliance failures into leadership opportunities and sustainable cultural shifts. Through Eunomia, Tiffany advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, and public institutions on preventing misconduct, strengthening governance, and embedding integrity into decision-making. She blends behavioral insight with data-driven risk analytics to help clients anticipate and mitigate issues before they escalate. In high-stakes environments, she supports executive teams and boards in an embedded leadership capacity—offering flexible, high-trust advisory during periods of transition, regulatory pressure, or strategic change. Eunomia is currently expanding into Africa and the MENA region, partnering with governance authorities, bar associations, and professional institutes to raise standards in ethics, compliance, and board oversight across emerging markets. Tiffany also teaches at NYU and Fordham Law, where she leads courses on organizational risk, information security, and ethical culture. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building systems that are not only compliant, but also human-centered, forward-looking, and resilient.
