I began my professional life not in a boardroom, but at sea—as a ship captain, responsible for Millions of tons of cargo, crew lives, and split-second decisions. That experience forged my character: calm under pressure, strategic under uncertainty, and deeply accountable. Over the past two decades, I’ve transformed that leadership foundation into a global entrepreneurial journey. Today, I serve as the Founder and Chairman of Aethon Group and Karma Developers, operating across shipping, real estate, and alternative investments, with a portfolio spanning the UAE, Cyprus, UK, Romania, India, and Canada. Our group’s collective turnover exceeds $Billions annually. My academic journey includes an MBA from Manchester Business School, an MSc in Finance, an LLM, a PhD in Leadership, and completion of the OPM Program at Harvard Business School. Triple Accounting and finance qualifications ie CPA, CMA and CGMA. Yet, it is my belief in building legacies—not just businesses—that truly defines me. I actively mentor young entrepreneurs, champion sustainable leadership, and invest in platforms that generate long-term socio-economic value.
