Sarah Evans is the Founder/CEO of Well Beyond and the Founder of Well Aware. In both roles, Evans is leading teams that implement sustainable clean water solutions that catalyze prosperity in impoverished communities. Evans has worked to change the way water projects are executed and managed, and she has built successful models for international development through strategic partnerships, true community involvement, hygiene and sanitation education, and impact measurement. She holds a patent for software that she and her team developed to further empower communities in their ownership of and success with their water projects. Evans is a Toyota Mother of Invention, a member of the Truman National Security Project, on the Forbes Nonprofit Council, and a member of the St. Edwards Sustainable Development Program and the Rural Water Supply Network. She is an Entrepreneurs Organization Program alumni, a Women’s Chamber of Commerce Blazing Star award recipient, and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, People.com, MariaShriver.com, USA Today, and The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
