Board member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, I work closely with senior business leaders and CEOs across multiple sectors on growth, strategy and responsible leadership. I also bring over a decade of nonprofit governance experience as a long-standing board member of Children and Young in Need, supporting vulnerable children through targeted programs and advocacy. A passion of mine has always been clothing and I am the founder and creative director of CJ London, a sustainable brand built around timeless, versatile pieces for people on the go. I am also the founder and CEO of CRB Enterprises, my umbrella company through which I advise and collaborate with large corporations and CEOs as a leadership and strategy consultant, communication expert and interviewer, helping organisations clarify and tell their own story, strengthen their culture and truly create meaningful change. I am the creator and speaker of the “Go For It” talk series, which focuses on career and personal growth, empowerment and challenging the boxes we are often put in. Drawing on my background as an actress, I am an active voice on diverse forms of leadership, especially leading with empathy, and I am a frequent guest on podcasts and television to discuss my journey, inclusive leadership and how we can use our influence to create a kinder, more connected world. My humanitarian focus includes serving as an ambassador for several Danish and international organizations addressing human trafficking and broader social impact. As producer and presenter of a humanitarian documentary series, "Heroes in Action", I highlight stories of resilience and global challenges, giving a platform to voices that are often overlooked.
