Fran Bogle is Senior Vice President for Higher Education and Healthcare at Dell Technologies. He leads overall strategy and execution for these industries, with responsibility for business development, sales, marketing, partner ecosystems, services, talent development and customer support. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience guiding public sector, enterprise technology and global SaaS organizations through growth, change and market expansion. Throughout his career, Fran has partnered closely with higher education, healthcare and public sector leaders navigating large-scale institutional change, from digital modernization to evolving research and student success priorities. Fran returned to Dell in December 2025 after previously spending 16 years (2006 – 2021) in leadership roles within Dell’s Government and Education businesses. Prior to rejoining Dell, he served as Chief Revenue Officer for ORBCOMM and Routeware, where he led global sales and marketing organizations and supported enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Fran resides in Philadelphia with his wife and two children and enjoys watching college sports and traveling with his family.
