Milpha leads and executes strategies for talent management, learning and development, and HR systems with the goal of fully engaging the Foundation’s diverse workforce and enhancing its organizational culture. She has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit management and operations, serves on the Business Advisory Committee at Normandale Community College. Milpha holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Milpha is also an Adjunct Instructor in the Master of Organizational Leadership(MAOL) Program at St. Catherine University and in the Leadership Minor at the University of Minnesota.
