She has mastered the art of communication building trusted, quality relationships with professionals and organizations grounded in respect. Tiersa also is an accomplished writer and has penned several articles on Forbes.com and an article in the Luxury Destination Magazine for the Turks and Caicos Islands Hotel & Tourism Association. Tiersa is a Certified Senior HR Professional with HRCI, Certified Master Trainer with the Association of Talent Development, A Certified Speaker, Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She is also an Expert HR Freelance Contributor for the Forbes Human Resources Council and the Member Leader for Healthy Work Cultures. Tiersa holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors Degree in International Studies with a concentration in Tourism. Being very active in her community, Tiersa sits on the Board as one of the founding members of The Special Needs Alliance and has created her own platform K.I.N.D Keen On Inclusion, Not Division where she works with youth of various ages promoting inclusion, acceptance and how to be ambassadors who advocate for children with special needs
