I'm an Edtech business founder, executive coach and leadership commentator. I’ve had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes and trajectories, across industries. I help them by drawing on three experiences gained over three decades: an innovator who's built disruptive products across sectors, a leader of high-performing teams worldwide, and an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach with a Masters in Executive Coaching. Since 2021, I've been CEO of Manageable, which exists to help leaders at every level achieve great results through teams. Our clients benefit from three scalable capabilities: habit-forming learning technology, live masterclasses in any location/language, and an assessment of personal and organizational leadership capacity. Before Manageable, I founded a leadership coaching and CEO advisory practice, which I ran for several years. This was when I figured out I had a strong point of view on leadership, and that I wanted to create a globally scalable leadership development platform. I previously spent 20 years in financial services, where I built and scaled global products and businesses, always driven by a passion for unlocking potential, whether in individuals, teams, or entire organizations.
