Peter FitzGibbon is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and delivering transformative outcomes for customers. At SADA, an Insight company, Peter leads the Global Professional Services organization, overseeing a team of experts who help customers achieve transformative business results and outcomes with Google Cloud technology. Prior to SADA, Peter held various leadership positions at Rackspace Technology, where he honed his expertise across professional services, strategic alliances, application management, and business development. As vice president of professional services, Peter led a team responsible for delivering consulting engagements across the Americas, ensuring customers leverage the full potential of Rackspace technology solutions. Peter's experience extends beyond professional services. He served as vice president and general manager of the applications business at Rackspace Technology, where he held global responsibility for a diverse portfolio that included productivity, ERP, CRM, digital experience, and software resale. In this role, Peter spearheaded strategy, product positioning, sales, marketing, support, and customer success initiatives. He also leveraged his strong partnership-building skills as vice president of strategic alliances, cultivating and managing relationships with key technology partners to deliver market-leading solutions for Rackspace customers. Peter's career began at Accenture, the foundation of his professional services experience, where he started in their new graduation program, leaving as a managing director in the Health and Public Service sector 13 years later. His tenure at Accenture was marked by his invaluable experience leading complex technology projects, managing programs, and driving business growth for government clients. Peter is a highly motivated leader with a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams. He is passionate about acting as an advocate for women in tech, and as a father of three young girls, he is focused on making a difference in this area. Other recent passions include understanding and advocating for improving our operations in a remote-first world, including addressing the challenges and opportunities that have presented us all. Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter previously volunteered as a coach for Robin Hood's Executive Leadership Development Program and served as a mentor for American Corporate Partners, supporting veterans transitioning from military service to civilian careers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
