Louis C. Seno, Jr. assumed the role of Executive Director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association in January 2025. In this position, he oversees the planning, organization, and direction of the association’s operations and programs, advancing its mission to lead the preowned business aircraft resale sector by establishing standards for efficient, effective, and ethical transactions. Lou brings a wealth of experience and industry insight to IADA, having held senior management roles at Boeing Capital Corporation’s business aircraft unit and G.E. Capital Solutions. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). Additionally, Lou chairs the West Michigan Aviation Academy Foundation Board and is a member of the Foundation Board of Daytona State College and the Board of Directors of the National Aircraft Finance Association. Lou has been involved with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for nearly three decades. He has served on the President’s Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees, the College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board and several standing committees, including Finance, Student Life and Flight Safety. A seasoned general aviation pilot and aircraft owner with over 7,000 flight hours, Lou also serves as Chairman Emeritus and Special Advisor to the JSSI Board of Directors.
