I’ve been writing about finance and fintech for Forbes for over 5 years. Blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies are the key to modernizing our financial system. Working in fast-paced, highly technical places like a fixed income trading floor and the US Navy’s most sophisticated electronic warfare aircraft taught me the importance of understanding complex concepts and explaining them simply to audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge. In addition to writing for Forbes, I’ve been an operating executive in start-up and enterprise finance and fintech companies. I’ve led a world-class fintech accelerator program at Georgia Tech and have been invited to speak and participate on panels at Money 20/20, ETA’s TRANSACT and at universities and fintech accelerators around the world.
