William Holodnak is the co-founder and CEO of Occam Global, an international executive recruiting and leadership advisory firm that specializes in building management teams for innovative companies in the life sciences, technology, and venture capital sectors. From 1986 to 2011, he founded and served as CEO of an international executive search firm, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. He is a recognized expert in executive recruiting, organizational development, and career management. He has spoken on these topics at Harvard Business School, MIT, Babson College, and Northeastern University. Holodnak has served as a board member of the global health organization Diagnostics for All and is also a board member of Jazz Generation, a New York charity dedicated to supporting the jazz community nationwide. Previously, Bill served on the board of Berklee College of Music for nine years and acted as an advisor to the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. Separately, he held a senior leadership role for six years as a board member and chair of the Trustee Committee for SF Jazz. Bill holds an MBA from Boston University, a master’s degree in Medieval History from The Johns Hopkins University, and a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
