I have been very fortunate in my career to work across a wide spectrum of industries and business on multiple continents. My experience includes founding and developing nine startups from incubation to successful businesses; leading multi-billion dollar businesses at scale; executing multiple acquisitions large and small; and gracefully exiting non-performing businesses. I also oversaw the turnaround and sale of a struggling, billion dollar business. Integrity, transparency and value-based leadership has always been my true north. I am an adventurer at heart, and whether I cruise the oceans or search for the next innovation frontier, I always know that true greatness is a team achievement. The spirit of innovation has inspired my work previously at Cisco and now at BrightPlan. At Cisco, I led multiple businesses from concept creation to more than $1 billion in revenue. In my last position at Cisco, I was responsible for the video and collaboration portfolio, which generated over $9 billion of annual revenue.
