Guy is the Principal Partner of Setasi Capital, a family investment firm with a primary focus on technology and real estate, where he oversees capital allocation, portfolio construction, and strategic partnerships.Through Setasi Capital, he continues to originate and develop real estate projects, leveraging experience across both European and U.S. markets to structure value-add and opportunistic investments. He serves as special advisor and shareholder, and formerly as executive director, at Liquidity.com, a multi-billion AUM global venture credit and capital platform backing late-stage technology companies. In this capacity, Guy has been involved in supporting the firm’s global growth, capital formation, and engagement with founders and management teams seeking non-dilutive and structured capital solutions. Guy is also a partner at Miga Ventures, an investment vehicle established by four family offices that collaborate on early-stage deep tech opportunities anchored in specific geographies and specialist technical capabilities. He is the co-founder and CEO of a stealth AI Company and is dedicated to making large language models safe, compliant, ethical, and cost-efficient for enterprise deployment. At the stealth AI company, he leads a tier-one team working closely with international conglomerate design partners to embed robust governance, risk management, and cost-optimization frameworks into AI systems used in regulated and large-scale corporate environments. Earlier in his career, Guy was the co-founder and CEO of Premonition, the world’s largest legal database and a pioneering legal and insurtech company. He previously served as President of Ter-Prints Group, a large international newspaper and magazine printing and distribution business, where he gained significant operational and cross-border leadership experience, and was co-founder of a spirits brand distributed across Europe. He has resided in Miami since 2008 with his wife and daughters and is a long-standing advocate for living and doing business in the business friendly State of Florida.
