Jâlie Cohen is the chief human resources officer for Radiology Partners, the leading technology-enabled radiology practice in the U.S.committed to transforming radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service and economics to provide best-in-class patient care. Cohen received her BA in International Studies and Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina. In law school, her intention was to work in the NGO space—but she ended up finding her way to HR. Today, she is a seasoned human resources executive with more than two decades of experience leading global teams in matrixed environments. She has held various human resources executive and business partner roles while living in various locations throughout the United States, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Latin America with Newell Brands and Centene. Before joining Radiology Partners in December 2023, Cohen was the SVP of Global Talent for the Adecco Group, responsible for over 50,000 employees around the world. Cohen is a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and Forbes HR Council. She serves as an advisor for SHRM Labs and the Gartner CHRO Council. As a trusted industry expert, Cohen has been quoted or published in national publications such as Fast Company, HR Brew, US News & World Report, CNBC Make It and Investor’s Business Daily and is often asked to speak on the evolution of the workplace. Due to her extensive business partner and enterprise-wide transformation experience, she is also a highly requested executive coach for Fortune 500 C-suite executives and startup CEOs. When she’s not working, Cohen enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising and spending time with her children.
