I am the U.S. Country Managing Partner at Citwell, where I help organizations redesign their supply chains to be resilient, adaptive, and value-creating in an era of constant disruption. With nearly 20 years of experience, I have worked with leaders across industrial and service sectors to move beyond cost-driven optimization toward robust operating models—balancing efficiency, risk, and growth. My work focuses on strengthening supply chain resilience through demand-driven planning, inventory and network design, lean execution, and operational governance that holds under volatility, uncertainty, and structural change. I have led large-scale transformations for more than 40 organizations, often in environments shaped by market shocks, geopolitical constraints, and rapid shifts in customer demand. These experiences have reinforced a core belief: resilience is not built through buffers alone, but through better decisions, faster learning cycles, and aligned execution from strategy to the shop floor. Beyond consulting, I have been a guest lecturer in supply chain and operations at leading engineering schools since 2009, contributing to the development of future leaders equipped to manage complexity rather than avoid it. I am also a certified trainer for Demand Driven Institute and Inchainge programs, working at the intersection of theory, simulation, and real-world application. I hold an engineering degree in supply chain management from ISAE-Supméca and a Bachelor of Science from ENCPB (Paris). Having lived and worked in Lebanon, France, and the United States, I bring a global and cross-cultural perspective to supply chain resilience, and I am fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Hebrew. I am passionate about helping executives rethink supply chains as strategic assets—not just operational functions—and about advancing pragmatic, actionable approaches to resilience that deliver results, not slogans.
