Mahesh Pagarani is an entrepreneur who identified opportunity within one of the world’s most competitive mobility markets - the United Arab Emirates. With a strong foundation in sales leadership, supplier acquisition, and performance-driven growth strategy, he developed deep insight into the structural inefficiencies of the industry, including fragmented supplier networks, inconsistent pricing models, and limited transparency for customers. In 2015, Mahesh founded OneClickDrive with a bold objective: to redesign mobility access through a transparent, technology-driven marketplace. At a time when traditional rental companies focused on fleet ownership and inventory scale, he introduced an asset-light model built on network strength, digital visibility, and direct supplier-to-customer connection. Under his leadership, OneClickDrive evolved beyond a rental comparison platform into a multi-vertical mobility ecosystem. The marketplace now connects car rental companies, new and used car dealerships, private sellers, chauffeur service providers, and yacht charter operators within one scalable digital infrastructure. By empowering suppliers rather than competing with them, Mahesh positioned the platform as an enabler of industry growth rather than a traditional operator. It was in 2025 that he further expanded the company’s vision by launching a commission-free car sales listing model for dealerships and private owners. This initiative addressed longstanding pain points in the car-selling process, removing excessive fees while giving sellers direct exposure to high-intent buyers. The move reinforced OneClickDrive’s position as a comprehensive automotive and lifestyle mobility marketplace. Today, OneClickDrive attracts over 300,000 users per month. The platform features more than 2,000 rental vehicles, over 15,000 used cars, and a growing network of chauffeur and yacht charter partners. Through disciplined commercial strategy, data-driven expansion, and supplier-first thinking, Mahesh has built a scalable marketplace model that prioritizes network intelligence over fleet ownership. He believes the next era of mobility will be defined by connected ecosystems, seamless access, and trusted digital platforms. His long-term vision is to build a borderless mobility infrastructure, a global network that connects local suppliers with worldwide demand through technology, transparency, and scale.
