Simon is Co-Founder and MD at Evology Ltd, an M&A and corporate carve out advisory and execution specialist which supports private equity to deliver both buy-side and sell-side strategic transactions, centred around technology. As a former senior executive at one of the UK’s largest publicly listed service businesses, Simon spent over twenty years in the technology sector. He lead numerous strategic transactions and business transformation projects which delivered growth & efficiencies across both the SME and Enterprise environments.
