Gamze Acar Bayraktaroğlu has dedicated 26 years to supporting personal and professional growth. As an Executive Coach for professionals, a Team Coach for executive teams, and a Group Facilitator, she is internationally accredited as an MCC by the ICF and a Master Practitioner Coach by the EMCC. Her passion extends to advancing the coaching and mentoring professions, where she applies her expertise as an ESIA-accredited Coach/Mentor Supervisor, International Coach/Mentor Trainer, Accredited Coach Assessor, and Author. Gamze's work spans a global landscape, from Asia to Europe, America, and Africa, driven by her belief in the power of diversity. She is deeply involved in volunteer projects within social and professional organizations, reflecting her commitment to the value of sharing. Her systemic and global approach is rooted in her previous career as an international investment banker, where she explored financial potential worldwide. Today, she focuses on discovering and supporting global human potential, with over 4,500 hours of executive coaching practice. She also consults organizations on creating leadership and coaching cultures. Gamze's curiosity fuels her continuous learning, leading her to write articles for platforms like the Harvard Business Review blog and share her insights at national and international conferences. She is the author of the book Coaching Skills for Managers and the creator of two ICF-approved programs: Mindfulness for Coaches and Leaders and Coaching Skills for HR Professionals. She has extensive experience in facilitating leadership growth, team building, coaching and mentoring, change management, and effective communication skills. Her company, Motiva International, is a collective of experienced facilitators and coaches. Motiva is also a partner of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), New Haven from the USA, Demos-Hemsley Fraser from Germany, and Talentis from France. Additionally, Motiva is part of Global Coaches USA, serving as a coaching partner for the World Bank. Gamze and her team take pride in achieving 97% customer satisfaction across a client base of over 200 corporate clients. Her visionary, intuitive, and analytical approach, coupled with entrepreneurial skills, has positioned her as a pioneer in the market. She was the first to introduce an internationally accredited coaching school in Turkey 22 years ago and became one of the country's first professional coaches. She also designed and facilitated innovative training programs such as Innovative Thinking, Communicating with Millennials, and Coaching for HR Professionals, and helped establish mentoring systems. Gamze continues to develop new topics to support leaders and organizations. Gamze has been a board member and Vice President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Turkey since 2014, where she co-leads the Accreditation Committee of Mentoring Programs. She also contributes to the EMCC Quality Team, supporting the global ecosystem of mentors, and collaborates with the Search Inside Yourself Institute, a globally recognized program born at Google. She has also partnered with MIT Enterprise Turkey for facilitation programs.
