Onahira Rivas is an award-winning entrepreneur, media strategist, and Founder of Florida’s Cotton Clouds, a U.S.-based manufacturing company focused on rebuilding domestic production for everyday consumer goods. With more than two decades of leadership experience, she has built and scaled businesses across manufacturing, media, and consumer products, operating at the intersection of execution, visibility, and growth. Her career spans senior corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, where she has led multimillion-dollar operations, raised capital, and expanded consumer and personal-care portfolios from early-stage concepts to nationally distributed brands. Before launching Florida’s Cotton Clouds, Onahira built and scaled a distribution business from five products to over 1,000 SKUs sold across major U.S. retailers, an experience that shaped her decision to bring essential manufacturing back to American soil. Beyond manufacturing, Onahira is building a media platform around modern leadership and industrial entrepreneurship. She is developing premium television, digital, and audio projects that make factory development, ownership, and scale accessible, showing that manufacturing is no longer reserved for billion-dollar balance sheets. Her work reframes founders as both operators and cultural leaders. Onahira’s leadership has been recognized globally through multiple business and leadership awards, including honors in manufacturing excellence and CEO leadership, as well as national recognition through Prime TV. Her work reflects a results-driven approach to growth, disciplined execution, and the belief that visibility is now a core leadership skill. Through her ventures, Onahira continues to build companies that create real economic impact, shift cultural narratives around manufacturing, and redefine what scalable, modern American industry looks like.
