Erica Schoder is Executive Director of the R Street Institute, a multidisciplinary U.S. think tank based in Washington, DC. She enjoys translating complex ideas into everyday language and helping institutions experiment and innovate responsibly. Erica lives in Madrid, Spain, and is a master’s student at the Edinburgh Futures Institute, where she studies how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping pluralism and trust in liberal democracies.
