I am accountable for the strategy and future direction of Phacilitate whilst leading the team through times of change and innovation. I am accountable for the P&L, team development and creating a customer first culture. My passion is in building team cultures and developing individuals through coaching techniques. I have a strong passion for connecting the cell and gene therapy field and it is this passion that gives me a true sense of purpose in what I do. I am also Managing Director of ITC DIA Europe which is a similar role to Phacilitate. My focus is on future-proofing the brand, growing the team and building a strong team culture. I am responsible for the P&L and for ensuring brand success in the European region.
