Emanuel heads Finance and Business Development at Finix and has been part of the team since inception as an investor. He brings to Finix over 19 years of experience as an institutional investor and operator in various industries including technology, financial services, and the public sector. Prior to Finix, he co-founded private equity firm East Los Capital. Prior to East Los Capital, he was on the founding team of private equity firm Sunstone Partners. In addition, Emanuel's early career included experiences at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Emanuel is a U.S. Army combat veteran and continues to serve in the Army National Guard. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University.
