My journey to becoming CEO of Evans Transportation feels like destiny, given my upbringing around logistics and leadership. Since 2007, I've been immersed in the Evans family, gaining hands-on experience across every department – from operations to accounting and sales. Now as CEO, I've had the privilege of leading Evans through its most significant growth period yet, fueled by the energy of our incredible team and the dynamic nature of our industry. What's my special sauce? It's my ability to connect with people from all walks of life, helping them see past perceived limitations and unlock their full potential. I believe in fostering an environment where ambition and heart drive excellence. As Vince Lombardi said, "We will chase perfection, and we will chase it relentlessly, knowing all the while we can never attain it. But along the way, we shall catch excellence." When I'm not wrangling freight, I'm soaking up the Florida sun with my wife and three kids. While family takes the top spot, I also enjoy working on my golf game (or lack thereof) and deep-sea fishing along the Gulf Coast.
